Coronavirus update: The latest COVID-19 news for Wednesday May 6 | ABC News
Australia has seen another day with a total of more than 20 confirmed coronavirus cases, with 17 reported in Victoria and 9 in New South Wales. In five of those in NSW, the source is unknown.
It comes as the death toll in the US passes 70,000 and the UK now has the worst death toll in Europe.

00:35 - Victoria has recorded another 17 new coronavirus cases overnight.
0:47 - Nearly 729,000 organisations have signed up for the Job Keeper wage subsidy program.
1:22 - The NSW Opposition says the state's premier and health minister must be involved in the Ruby Princess COVID-19 inquiry.
