In this Photoshop manipulation tutorial, I will create a dreamy fantasy scene using vibrant colors, tilt shift blur and adjustment layers. We'll start off by extracting the model from the background, adding a tilt shift blur to the background, using a curves adjustment layer to make the colors pop, do a few touch-ups where it's needed. We'll then add dust particles and a gradient map. (Optional)
